In the Bio-medical markets Custom Heat LLC manufacturers heaters and control systems for such applications as: Heating PCR plates, HPLC heaters, patient warming, blood warming, fermentation, incubators, evaporators etc.

Custom Heat LLC has worked with such companies as Perkin Elmer, Millipore, Boston Scientific and more. Our emphasis is in fully understanding the customer needs and parameters. We work with them on design, samples, testing and documentation. Our objective is to provide the best quality and performance.

In the semiconductor field Custom Heat LLC follows the same philosophy. Both markets in heaters and controls center around low to medium volume and very precise process control.

Custom Heat LLC has worked with such companies as Varian, Axcelys, KLA-Tencor, MCT, Thermal Test Systems and other similar companies. Typical Applications:

Low Temperature Brun in, ATE Equipment including test socket heating, vacuum bake out for vacuum applications, silicone curing systems and bonding hot plates.
