Open Coil & Special Air Heaters
Need a reliable Air Heater of a special design? We specialize in low to moderate volume runs of specialized air heaters. These heaters are made from the finest Nickel Chrome wire. The coils are combined with the proper mica or ceramic carrier supports in a stainless steel or aluminum frame as determined by temperature. All electrical connections are high quality screw and nut with ceramic bushings. Heaters can also be supplied with thermostats, thermo cut outs, and other protective and control devices. Resistance and Hypot are carefully monitored for proper performance.

Maximum Flow Air Heater
High Volume - Moderate Temperature
This Maximum Flow Air Heater design is encased within a 2 3/8"O.D. tube with a cross frame heating element for minimum resistance to airflow. It has a practical operating range of up to 200 CFM with temperatures up to 600°F (315°C).
- Supplied with: Type SF3 terminals.
- Type SF13A enclosure.

Heavy Duty Air Heater
Moderate Volume - High Temperature
This heavy-duty heater design is for continuous high temperature operations up to 1200°F (650°C), while supplying a good flow rate up to 50 CFM. This heater is suited for vacuum and pressure environments, as well as other applications where heavy-duty construction is desirable. This unit is enclosed in 2" schedule 40 S.T. S.T. pipe.

Pure Flow Air Heater
High Volume - High Heat
A typical pure flow system with limits and contols. This ST. ST. heater produces pure flow qualities by not allowing the air or gas to pass directly over the resistance wire, ceramics or mica. It is suitable for LN2 liquids, pressures up to 100 psi, temperatures up to 800°F (430°C), very popular in laboratory and semi-conductor applications.
